History
TSVI was founded in 2000 by 3 practicing medical doctors.  As Doctors, we realized the importance of creating quality and reliable medical documents used for billing, record keeping, and communication. We felt that most transcription services, whether outsourced or in-house, were far too expensive and did not meet today's practice requirements...

Documentation requirements for billing and compliance are constantly rising. Security standards for medical information have forever changes with HIPAA requirements. TSVI has helped bridge the gap between increased documentation requirements and revenue constraints by providing better, more cost-effective document creation with Infoflow Transcription.

To balance greater documentation requirements with cost-effectiveness, TSVI determined that the most effective way to reduce cost and improve service was to leverage the Internet to distribute work quickly ad efficiently to our staff. If we combined an excellent production methodology with quality systems to raise standards and increasing reliability, we felt we could increase service and reduce costs by making hospitals, practices ad academic medical centers more efficient.
